Tickets can be purchased in person at the National Gallery of Indonesia or online through Traveloka and Tiket.com. Each ticket is valid for access to all ongoing exhibitions. Tickets in the Rp0 category can be purchased directly at the National Gallery of Indonesia.

Visiting Rules

  1. All visitors are required to register and have a ticket before entering the exhibition room. Tickets that have been purchased cannot be refunded.
  2. Wear a ticket bracelet before entering the exhibition room.
  3. Items that are not allowed to be brought into the exhibition room must be left in the luggage storage locker, such as:
    • Food and drinks
    • Large bags
    • Hats that cover the face
    • Jackets
    • Face masks
    • Strong-smelling materials
    • Sharp and pointed objects
    • Firearms
    • Baby strollers
    • Pets
    • Selfie sticks, tripods, and the like
    • Umbrellas
    • Flammable materials
    • Dangerous chemical liquids
    • Other dangerous objects works/visitors
  4. The item storage number must be kept and returned to the officer when collecting the item.
  5. To provide equal opportunities for visitors, the maximum item storage duration is 4 hours.
